MacAulay-Brown, Inc. Appoints Industry Veteran to Lead its Operations and Logistics Division


DAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services and product solutions to Defense, Intelligence, Special Operations Forces, Homeland Security and Federal agencies, announced today that Troy Kohler has joined the company as Vice President and will lead MacB's Operations and Logistics Division. Based out of Shalimar, Fla., Kohler will report directly to Fred Norman, Senior Vice President and General Manager of MacB's Mission Systems Group.

Kohler brings more than 25 years of government, military and commercial expertise in operations, logistics, business development and management. In his new role, Kohler will be responsible for increasing strategic new business opportunities, leading a team of more than 300 MacB professionals and cultivating critical relationships with key customers and industry partners.

About Troy Kohler

Prior to joining MacB, Kohler was director of operations for Autocar Parts. At the company he managed a $50 million business, doubling sales in less than two years and working closely with customers to increase value and satisfaction with Department of Defense and commercial clients. Before joining Autocar Parts, Kohler held senior level business operations positions at Sears Holdings and Allied Waste Services. He served more than 20 years in the United States military as an aircraft maintenance and logistics officer. In his last assignment, Kohler was responsible for ensuring the readiness of aircraft in support of the entire Pacific theatre. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University and Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
