According to the lawsuit, Enzymotec, certain of its officers and directors, and its Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with its IPO misstated and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Enzymotec's Chinese business had to comply with material and readily identifiable regulations implemented by the Chinese government; (2) the Company's infant formula business in China was in jeopardy and experiencing increasing volatility and decreasing revenues; and (3) Enzymotec's joint venture with AarhusKarlshamn AB, marketer of the popular InFat product, was deteriorating, which exposed Enzymotec to liability and decreasing revenues.
