Dreamforce '14: SpringCM to Preview Track it! App for Contract Management, Forum to Interact With SpringCM-Salesforce Customers

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - Oct 10, 2014) - SpringCM® today announced that Dreamforce attendees can stop by booth N1117 for a "sneak peek" of the new SpringCM Track it! App and meet with key SpringCM-Salesforce customers.

Over the last year SpringCM has introduced a number of powerful apps for Salesforce including File it!, Get it!. These apps make it easy to store, share and work with documents and content -- all without leaving Salesforce.

Joining the lineup is the SpringCM Track it! app. Track it! gives sales and legal teams better visibility into contract workflows, and makes it easy to nudge team members through Salesforce Chatter or email to move contracts forward. Track it! instantly answer critical questions, including:

  • What documents are under review which are associated with my opportunities?
  • Who has a document and how long have they had it?
  • What's the history of the review, and how can I move it forward?
  • What documents are waiting on me?

SpringCM already provides the most robust contract management system app for Salesforce. SpringCM automates processes for executing key documents right in Salesforce within an opportunity or account. Embedding SpringCM in Salesforce enables enterprises to streamline the entire contract lifecycle from contract creation through negotiation, approvals, signature, archiving, and renewals. Salesforce users get the visibility they need into the status of contracts. Non-Salesforce users, like legal teams, get the control they need without being in Salesforce.

SpringCM's momentum within the Salesforce ecosystem comes on the heels of a recent report from Nucleus Research on customers using an integrated SpringCM and Salesforce solution. Nucleus found enterprises using SpringCM's contract management application with Salesforce reported significant business improvements. Nucleus found that more than half of SpringCM's customers were able to increase productivity of sales and legal teams by at least 20 percent. Those customers going from completely manual processes experienced even greater productivity increases. The full Nucleus report can be downloaded here.

"If you're struggling with too many manual back-and-forth processes or you're buried under a mountain of content and documents in Salesforce you'll want to Get it! with SpringCM," said Ben Kiker, CMO, SpringCM. "Once Salesforce customers see what SpringCM can do, the reaction we often hear is 'Wow, I didn't think anyone could solve that problem.' We can't wait to spend four days jamming with our customers and other Dreamforce attendees!"
