Sauer Energy and Tower Extrusions Produce WindCutter(R)

CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwired - October 28, 2014) - Sauer Energy Inc.® ("SEI") (OTCQB: SENY), developer of the patented WindCharger® vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) and manufacturer of the patented WindRider® helixical vertical axis wind turbine, SEI has entered into a strategic alliance with Tower Extrusions, Ltd., of Olney, Texas ("Tower Extrusions") for the purpose of the development of its WindCutter, a Darrieus turbine. This advanced unit will offer an extremely effective level of wind-powered generating capacity.

About Tower Extrusions, Ltd.
Tower Extrusions in Olney, Texas, has a 37 plus year history of supplying quality aluminum extrusions.

The extrusion die design process has been completed with the first extrusions expected to be delivered within the next 30 days. These vertical axis wind turbines with aerofoils are based on the lift principle, providing an extremely proficient way to generate wind-driven energy.

A full production schedule will be finalized immediately after testing is completed.

SEI selected Tower Extrusions as the manufacturer of the WindCutter's blades for its large-scale production capabilities and dependability. The extrusion process was chosen due to its quality, durability, strength and financial viability. Tower Extrusions will provide complete blade assembly of highest quality aluminum, pressed through an extrusion mold and anodized for endurance. It may also be available in various colors for specific needs.

"We are very enthusiastic about working with Tower Extrusions Ltd. Their manufacturing process is nationally-recognized and highly efficient. It will provide us with full scalable production to maximize our market share and meet any conceivable customer demand," commented Dieter Sauer, CEO of Sauer Energy.

About Sauer Energy Inc.
Sauer Energy Inc. is a technology developer and manufacturer focused on the emerging renewable energy market. In the very near future, SEI plans to offer the patented helixical WindRider model, a vertical axis wind turbine that employs the HelixWind technology it purchased in 2012. The higher performance design modifications are expected to deliver superior results. The WindRider is also pole-mounted, and can be used for applications that don't require roof mounting. SEI has also created the WindCharger brand for a better roof-mounted solution for residential and other small building usage.

SEI's technology is remarkable as it requires so few parts. This means a lower manufacturing cost, more efficient operation, lower maintenance (fewer parts = less chance of malfunction), and greater power generation. This will provide SEI with a new direction for wind capture, making it easier to scale from residential, to powering a small community -- all the way up to large industrial facilities. The market opportunity for this new, self-contained, innovative technology is unlimited and growing rapidly.

With several patents in place and many more pending, SEI looks forward to early manufacturing and commercialization. It is also aggressively moving toward a financial return on its investments. To learn more about Sauer Energy, please visit: www.SauerEnergy.com
