Beginning in late January, Kerwin will take on her new role and also serve as acting president of Colorado Association Services (CAS), where she began her Associa career. Most recently she has been serving as the CEO of M & C Association Management Services and acting COO for Massingham & Associates in Northern California. Before joining M & C, she was the executive vice president of Colorado Association Services and held numerous positions during the previous 12 years at CAS.
Kerwin is a graduate of Colorado State University and has earned her Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations as well as becoming a member of the Associa Ambassador Circle.
