Glowpoint Launches Next Generation Enterprise Video Collaboration Platform based on ServiceNow IT Service Management


DENVER, Jan. 13, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Glowpoint Inc. (NYSE MKT:GLOW), a leading provider of cloud-based video collaboration and support services, today announced the launch of its next generation Video Service Platform to provide enterprise customers with a cloud-based system for managing video collaboration. The Platform leverages industry leading service management and SaaS provider, ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW), and is currently available to Glowpoint's channel partners and enterprise customers.

The Video Service Platform automates and streamlines critical functions and workflows needed by IT organizations for managing enterprise video collaboration environments. This includes incident management, change management, and reporting/analytics for continuous improvement. Other benefits provided to enterprise IT include:
