Martin Bauer resigns from G5’s Board of Directors

Martin Bauer has resigned from the Board of Directors of G5 Entertainment AB,
effective immediately. The company does not intend to nominate a replacement
until the annual general meeting, due on May 20. Until then, the board will
consist of Petter Nylander (chairman), Jeffrey Rose, Pär Sundberg, and Vlad
Suglobov (CEO). The audit committee will consist of Petter Nylander (chairman)
and Pär Sundberg.
