Property InSight arrives as a powerful data package that includes a native Xactimate 3D sketch of the structure, exterior dimensions and measurements, information about building characteristics, a set of high-quality aerial images, risk factors, and more.

With Property InSight enabled, the estimator enters the street address of the structure, and Xactware returns the Property InSight data package. Underwriters can use the information to view the property accurately and determine an insurance-to-value amount without turning to the property owner or public databases.
