MIRAMAR, Fla., Feb. 13, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marc Rodriguez, vice president at Association Services of Florida (ASF), an Associa Company, has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of South Florida. Additionally, he has been appointed to the High Rise Council of that same organization.

Rodriguez joined Association Services of Florida in 2013 and has been in the property management industry for 10 years He was previously the president and CEO of his own property management company, where he developed strategic growth goals and guided management infrastructure, support systems and business development.

Rodriguez is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Southeast Florida Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) and is actively involved in Florida legislation and how it affects community associations throughout the state. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Phoenix.
