WolfNet First National IDX Company to Integrate ListTrac Nationwide

500+ MLS Firms Can Help Agents Measure All Consumer Online Listing Views

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WolfNet, an established real estate technology pioneer and innovator, has become the first national IDX company to integrate with ListTrac nationwide, enabling more than 500 Multiple Listing Service providers to allow agents and brokers to measure consumer engagement with seller listings across the Internet.

Joel MacIntosh, Chief Executive Officer of WolfNet, notes customers will gain the benefit of the deep metrics provided by ListTrac, which is known in the real estate industry as the "Google Analytics for listings."

"WolfNet's customers will gain a complete view of how their listings are performing online," said MacIntosh. "But more importantly, ListTrac technology will empower agents and brokers with the ability to share those reports with home sellers, more accurately demonstrating the totality of their marketing reach."

ListTrac will be incorporated into WolfNet's brand new property search platform (IDX 3.0R), which was built on top of WolfNet's new IDX/VOW API platform. Its API offers a broad range of more than 70 web services that access data from all the MLS it serves nationwide. The new fully responsive, IDX/VOW property searchoperates optimally on desktop, tablet, and smartphone. The rollout of the new WolfNet platform is expected to be completed nationwide by the end of June."

"For the first time, sellers will discover the breadth of the value they are getting from their listing agents or brokers complete online marketing efforts, as they will see how well their own local MLS, broker and agent IDX websites are delivering views and home buyer engagement.

MacIntosh also announced that WolfNet is incorporating SSO – Single Sign On – into its ListTrac integration. "This makes it fast and easy for WolfNet customers to access their ListTrac dashboards from the WolfNet lead management console," he said.

Trent Gardner, founder of ListTrac, indicates that their service is rapidly gaining traction with new MLS firms. Today, around 300,000 agents are tracking 500,000 listings as ListTrac continues its rapid expansion. This new service is attractive to MLS providers because agents can now show sellers the tremendous amount of buyer engagement that is happening inside the MLS system and through all of the IDX and VOW solutions.

Trent noted that, as part of the agreement, ListTrac will provide WolfNet with access to the ListTrac dashboard where WolfNet can view online analytics related to WolfNet IDX sites across all 500-plus MLSs – offering both aggregated views at the MLS level and granular site-level views for a specific brokerage.

"For MLS members, they get a single dashboard – one place that shows every website where a listed property is viewed," Gardner said. "It brings transparency to real estate marketing: Agents and brokers know how often a listing is viewed on each site, the average time someone spends looking at a listing, and the number of leads they receive from each website. Agents and brokers in turn provide sellers with reports that allow them to see how well their listings are performing."
