Kornit Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering


ROSH-HA'AYIN, Israel, Feb. 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kornit Digital Ltd., a company that develops, designs and markets innovative digital printing solutions for the global printed textile industry, today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Kornit has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "KRNT."

Barclays Capital Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters in the offering. William Blair & Company, L.L.C., Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Needham & Company, LLC are acting as co-managers in the offering.
