Adacel Acquires CSC's NexSim ATC Simulator Business


ORLANDO, Fla., April 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Adacel and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) have signed and closed a definitive agreement for the sale of the CSC NexSim ATC simulator line and associated support services.

Terms of the agreement were not released, but effective immediately Adacel has acquired full rights to the NexSim product line and source code from CSC. Adacel will now assume responsibility for the NexSim training systems and any ongoing support services. The two companies are working closely to ensure a seamless transition without interruption to existing customer programs.
