(MSS), an East Coast provider of high-touch marketing and order fulfillment services for an all-star lineup of clients, including Sony and HTC. Dina Crowder, Dave Crowder, and Todd Winterfeldt, former owners of MSS, will assume leadership roles in SP Express, adding corporate development, account management and operations talent, expertise and experience to the SP Express organization. The acquisition provided the owners with liquidity on their investment in the business, an ownership interest and leadership position in SP Express, and the opportunity to continue to run their current business while gaining access to the full support and resources of SP Express.
