John Drugan Appointed as New Director of Food & Beverage of Ponte Vedra Beach Resorts

Drugan Selected to Judge at Prestigious 2015 Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention This Month


PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., April 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- John Drugan has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage of Ponte Vedra Beach Resorts, effective immediately. In his position, Drugan is responsible for the direction, planning and development of food and beverage operations at the 12 dining and lounge outlets at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club.

With over ten years in the industry, Drugan brings with him experience in senior management positions, including the prestigious Breakers Palm Beach and Four Seasons resorts throughout Florida. Most recently, Drugan headed a team taskforce to open Four Seasons Palm Beach's newest fine dining restaurant. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Drugan holds degrees in Food & Beverage Management and Culinary Arts. Drugan is also Court of Master Sommelier Level II certified.

Drugan was recently chosen to judge at the 2015 Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America, Inc. Convention, which took place early April in Grande Lakes Orlando, Florida. WSWA Convention is the premier event for new and innovative beverage products and services to enhance internal operations.
