ManTech Names Takisha Schulterbrandt Vice President, Health and Human Services, for ManTech Health


FAIRFAX, Va., April 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT) has named Takisha Schulterbrandt vice president, health and human services, for ManTech Health, the company's federal health IT business unit. Schulterbrandt will lead ManTech Health's IT solutions and services delivery to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its operating divisions.

Schulterbrandt is a proven health IT executive with over 20 years of experience in biomedical and clinical research, health services, and bioinformatics. She joins ManTech Health from Leidos, where she delivered health IT solutions to a variety of HHS operating divisions, including the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the Food and Drug Administration. Prior to Leidos, Schulterbrandt held management and research positions at Kevric, iMC; the University of Maryland; the George Washington University; Georgetown University; and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

Schulterbrandt holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Columbia University in New York, NY; a Master of Public Health degree from the George Washington University in Washington, DC; and a doctorate in anatomy and neurobiology with an emphasis in neurosciences from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD.
