Carpenter's District Council of Ontario Expresses Condolences to Family of Lost Carpenter

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 12, 2015) - Carpenter's District Council and all of its members are united in mourning today as one of its members lost his life on a construction site yesterday afternoon.

The unfortunate incident took place in Nanticoke, Ontario and is currently being reviewed by the proper authorities and agencies.

While the individual's identity is currently not being made public, we can say that he was an accomplished Journeyman Red Seal Carpenter with nearly 10 years of experience working with United Brotherhood Carpenter's Local 18 in Hamilton. At just 34 years of age, he will be missed greatly and thought of often.

We extend our full support to the Ministry of Labour and we offer our deepest condolences to his family during this devastating time.
