Pocket Door Lock Slides into AIA
Hand forged and meticulously designed, Baldwin's new Pocket Door Lock provides architects and designers with endless design opportunities. Developed exclusively by Baldwin's renowned in-house team of designers, it will be available in four distinct collections. The Santa Monica line puts a visual emphasis on vertical and horizontal lines, with a focus on pure geometry without sacrificing comfort. It's available in both Large and Small varieties and 20 finishes. The Boulder collection features rustic undertones and is also available in 20 finishes, while the Palo Alto products blend soft lines with a contemporary flair and are available in 18 finishes.

Baldwin's Pocket Door Lock offers design flexibility and longevity with its patented Limited Lifetime PVD Finish™ Warranty. The Baldwin Lifetime finishes feature advanced finishing technology (Physical Vapor Deposition) to create a finish highly resistant to the effects of weather and normal usage. In fact, Baldwin's patent-protected PVD technology is 89 percent thicker than the nearest competitor and is especially resistant to salt-air corrosion. The new PDL is available in three finishes with this warranty: Polished Nickel, Satin Nickel and Polished Brass.

Baldwin also launched a playful social media campaign at AIA encouraging show attendees to snap pictures of its new Pocket Door Lock and share them with the hashtag #BaldwinPDL.
