LINDON, Utah, May 14, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AccessData Group today announced that it has completed the sale of its Resolution1 Security business, a provider of cybersecurity solutions to Fortune 500 companies, to Fidelis Cybersecurity. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In November 2014, the company announced the spin-off of its cybersecurity business into the newly formed Resolution1 Security entity in order to allow separate management teams for AccessData and Resolution1 Security to capitalize on their unique business models. The separation of Resolution1 Security as a standalone business generated investment interest from a number of potential strategic buyers.
