CHICAGO, May 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa Chicagoland and it's nearly 100 state-wide employees recently came together for the first ever company-wide conference since the unification of the two former Associa branches Legum & Norman Mid-West and Vanguard Community Management.

The group discussed sales and marketing, commination efforts, the new company website, standardization processes, future goals and company-wide initiatives. Awarded at the conference was the 2014 Technician of the Year Joseph Cefali who works for the company's maintenance division Associa OnCall.
