("HUSREF V"), in conjunction with Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC ("Balfour Beatty"), recently acquired the DFW 5 Portfolio, a 5 property 1,598-unit Class-B+/A- multifamily portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. HUSREF V and Balfour Beatty (the "JV") identified the acquisition as an opportunity to reposition well located, quality real estate in one of the strongest markets in the US. The JV will renovate and upgrade interior finishes, resident amenities and the exteriors of the properties. This acquisition is the first joint venture between the HUSREF Investment Team and Balfour Beatty.
