Paul White Named DirectEmployers 2015 Board President


INDIANAPOLIS, June 3, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Prior to DirectEmployers Association's 2015 Annual Meeting & Conference (DEAM15), the organization's board of directors elected Paul White of Mohawk Industries as its incoming president. As the newly elected board president, he joined past and present board members to conduct the year's first meeting.

I served on the original DirectEmployers board of directors and executive committee earlier in my career and feel that I have developed a track record of optimizing technology to improve recruiting processes. With 18 years of experience at some of the nation's top companies, Paul White's career history and knowledge represent that of a seasoned talent acquisition leader. Throughout his career Paul has enhanced his skill set with a strategic focus on analyzing and resolving business issues. He has a recognized talent for developing strong business relationships and aligning HR policies with an organization's broader business goals. For the past two years at Mohawk Industries, Paul has focused on sourcing, employment branding and improving the talent acquisition component of Mohawk's recruitment strategy.
