WASHINGTON, June 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Abengoa Yield (Nasdaq:ABY), the sustainable total return company that owns a diversified portfolio of contracted assets in the energy and environment sectors, announced today that, as required by the offering of U.S.$279 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Exchangeable Notes due 2017 (the "Notes") issued in February 2015 by Abengoa S.A., Abengoa Yield intends to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, on or about July 1, 2015, a resale registration statement on Form F-3 to cover the resales of Abengoa Yield ordinary shares that may be sold by selling shareholders from time to time upon exchange of the Notes. The resale registration statement is anticipated to be immediately effective upon filing.
