SAN DIEGO, June 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today at Cisco Live, Cisco's annual IT and communications conference, Presidio announced that it is releasing and demonstrating the version 2.1 update of Presidio Managed Cloud. Presidio will be demonstrating the cloud service portal platform at the Partner Village. The release is in conjunction with Cisco's announcements of their cloud innovations with Cisco Intercloud Fabric and their ecosystem partners.
The new version of Presidio Managed Cloud is built on the Cisco One platform and is Intercloud Ready. Presidio Managed Cloud is a cloud service catalogue and management portal that enables true hybrid cloud functionality by onboarding cloud services from providers of Cisco Powered services. The management portal provides visibility and portability of workloads across clouds. By leveraging Cisco Intercloud Fabric, Presidio applies a single operational model across a multi-cloud environment and extends the network and security policies of a private cloud to public cloud resources.
