("Fogo" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,411,764 shares of its common stock (the "Offering") at a price to the public of $20 per share. The underwriters for the offering will also have a 30-day option to purchase up to 661,764 additional shares of common stock. Fogo common stock is expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market on June 19, 2015 under the ticker symbol "FOGO".
