Associa's N.N. Jaeschke, Inc. Congratulates Employees on National Certification


SAN DIEGO, June 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- N.N. Jaeschke, Inc., an Associa company, congratulates Heidi Fitzgerald, Hugo Muñoz, Alana Riggs and Shari Simpson for earning their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

To receive the CMCA® certification, practitioners must complete the CAI Professional Management Development Program course, the M-100: Essentials of Community Association Management. This course covers topics ranging from facilities management and community government to risk management and financial management.  Upon the completing the course and passing the exam, one must complete a comprehensive exam before earning the certification.

Fitzgerald joined N.N. Jaeschke in 2013 and her experience includes management of a 10-story condominium high rise and a 180-unit residential and commercial property. Additionally, she served as an on-site resident manager of a 28-unit townhome community.

Muñoz entered the community association management industry in 2006. Over the course of his career he has managed a variety of condominium, townhome and single-family home communities, including the management of a 400-door master association. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Riggs started her career in community association management in 2008 and has experience managing communities ranging from a seven-unit financial only account to a 200-unit CID. In addition to her experience as a community manager, Riggs has a background in office management and customer service. She is currently a member of the San Diego Building Industry Association's (BIA) Young Generation of Leaders.

Simpson's career in community management began in 2004 and her experience includes management of condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, and luxury estate homes. She currently serves as a community division director, supervising a team of community managers and administrative support staff.
