Fogo de Chao, Inc. Announces Completion of Its Initial Public Offering and Exercise of Option to Purchase Additional Shares


DALLAS, June 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fogo de Chão, Inc. ("Fogo" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:FOGO) today announced the completion of its initial public offering of 5,073,528 shares of its common stock (the "Offering") at a price to the public of $20 per share, which included 661,764 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares of common stock. The issuance and sale of the shares closed on June 24, 2015.
