Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. Announces Nine Gates, LLC as Sub-Advisor for the Clearpoint Global Dividend Fund

Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. ("CIM"), Manager of the Clearpoint Global Dividend Fund (the "Fund"), announced today that Fox Asset Management LLC. ("Fox") had resigned as the sub-advisor of the Fund effective as of the close of business on June 30, 2015. Fox had been providing investment advice with respect to the Fund pursuant to a sub-advisory Agreement between Fox and CIM. CIM further announced that it had entered into a sub-advisory agreement with Nine Gates, LLC ("Nine Gates") of Shrewsbury, New Jersey, under which agreement, Nine Gates would succeed Fox to act as the sub-advisor of the Fund effective July 1, 2015.

Mr. William E. Dodge was the principal advisor at Fox that provided investment advice with respect to the Fund. Mr. Dodge left his employment at Fox on June 30, 2015 and joined Nine Gates on July 1, 2015. As a principal at Nine Gates, he will continue to provide investment advice with respect to the Fund pursuant to the sub-advisory agreement between CIM and Nine Gates.
