Red Lion Hotel La Junta Opens in Southeast Colorado


SPOKANE, Wash., July 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RLHC (NYSE:RLH) announced today it has opened a new franchise location in Colorado. The Red Lion Hotel La Junta has converted to the brand.

“This property becomes the third new location we have opened in the past week and it is the only full-service hotel in the city,” said RLHC Chief Franchise Officer Brian Quinn. “We have expanded our presence in Colorado and look forward to working with new owners.”

The Red Lion Hotel La Junta, 1325 E 3rd St., in Southeast Colorado, has a restaurant, an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, two meeting rooms and complimentary breakfast. The recently renovated hotel is near several attractions rich in history surrounding the Santa Fe Trail, including Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site, Koshare Indian Museum and Otero Museum.
