Metaverse Mod Squad Takes Marquee Sponsorship Role in CultureTECH 2015

DERRY/LONDONDERRY, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - September 09, 2015) - Metaverse Mod Squad, the global leader in managed digital engagement services, announced today it has taken a marquee sponsorship in next week’s CultureTECH 2015. Combining industry conferences, STEM education events and a citywide public engagement programme, CultureTECH is the biggest technology and creative industries event in Northern Ireland.

Metaverse Mod Squad’s support makes it the exclusive sponsor of the fourth-annual festival’s team of volunteers. With over 40,000 people expected to attend this year’s festival, the Mod Squad volunteers will help with everything from the City Arcade video games to the interactive technology exhibits to the live music street party.

Then on the afternoon of September 20, the festival will close with Metaverse Mod Squad’s Craft Beer Sunday at the Walled City Brewery: an afternoon of fine Irish craft beers, awesome BBQ and live music featuring rising stars The Clameens.

“When we were evaluating expansion sites last summer, one of the things we loved most about Derry was CultureTECH,” says Amy Pritchard, CEO of Metaverse Mod Squad, which recently established an operations centre in Derry. The CultureTECH 2015 festival runs in Derry from September 12 to 20.
