Study: Trendline Interactive Scores Highest Overall Customer Satisfaction Among Email Agencies

The Relevancy Group Study Shows 50-60 Percent of Email Marketers Now Contract for Value-Added Services


AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2015) - Trendline Interactive, an independent full-service email marketing agency, recorded the highest customer satisfaction scores among email agencies and earned a coveted spot in the "Leader's Ring" in a research report, the Email Agency Buyers Guide 2015, by The Relevancy Group.

The study shows a shift in the email marketing business from a focus on providing campaign production services to a demand for value-added services, including creative/design, strategy and analytics, and technical integration.

According to the study, 50-60 percent of email marketers already have contracted for value-added services and an additional one-third of marketers plan to adopt these services within the next 12 months, making full-service email agencies an important partner for marketers.

Based on a survey of 300 qualified email marketing executives and client reference calls, the report found that Trendline Interactive recorded the highest customer satisfaction scores in six of the eight categories surveyed: account management, strategic services, customer support, production services, creative services, and technical services.

Sixty percent of respondents were classified as enterprise (1,000 or more employees), while the remaining were classified as mid-market (100-999 employees). Survey respondents were qualified based on sending volume, familiarity with their email marketing program and other attributes such as the individual's role.
