Board of Directors Approve Formation of WhereverTV Latino Subsidiary to be Located in Mexico City and Commences Immediate Operations

(OTC:TVTV), an emerging leader in delivering Over the Top (OTT) live-streaming music events and subscription television services to internet connected devices announced today that is in final stages of forming a new subsidiary for operations in Mexico, and is now pursuing business in and for Spanish-speaking countries and consumers. The Mexican subsidiary is incorporated as WTVL SA de CV but will be branded as WhereverTV Latino. WhereverTV’s Board of Directors recently approved: the incorporation of the Mexico based subsidiary, the appointment of a Board of Directors for the subsidiary, the appointment of Jack Feldman as Director of Business Affairs in Latin America, the opening of a corporate office in Mexico City, the application for patent of its Interactive Program Guide, the pursuit of Trademark protection, and the development of its WhereverTV Latino website and mobile app. WhereverTV Latino has already commenced operations and has initiated high level negotiations in pursuit of content and other partnerships.
