Former HealthPort CTO Nupura Kolwalkar Joins Sharecare


ATLANTA, Oct. 14, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sharecare, a leading digital health and wellness engagement platform, has appointed digital health veteran Nupura Kolwalkar as senior vice president of integration strategy. Most recently a senior executive at HealthPort, Kolwalkar will use her experience fostering a collaborative ecosystem between those who provide care and those who receive it to help Sharecare further its mission to empower people on every step of their health journey.

As HealthPort’s chief technology officer and vice president of research and development, Kolwalkar managed a global team stretching across product development, architecture, data, technology, quality assurance, business analytics and client experience. Previously, she held roles across strategy, product, and research and development at NexGen, McKesson and Pfizer.

A native of Pune, India, Kolwalkar earned a masters degree in Industrial Statistics and Economics from the University of Pune, and an additional masters in Computer Science from Auburn University. She is based at Sharecare’s headquarters in Atlanta.
