The Supervisory Board of AS LHV Finance, which forms a part of the AS LHV Group consolidation group, has decided to appoint Kalev Karus as the new member of the Management Board of AS LHV Finance as of 2 November 2015. AS LHV Finance is engaged in hire-purchase and small loans. The company’s Management Board has one member.
Kalev Karus previously worked as the head of the financing group of AS Eesti Telekom. Kalev has served with AS Elion Ettevõtted since 2005, being in charge of the development and management of Elion’s financing products. Kalev was an entrepreneur from 2003 to 2005, and was engaged in banking from 1995 to 2003. Kalev has acquired an MBA degree in business administration from the Tallinn University of Technology. He is not a management member in any other company and does not hold any shares of AS LHV Group.
Nele Roostalu, who has been serving as the member of the Management Board of AS LHV Finance, will take a parental leave.
