Dr. Carl M. Black of Intermountain Vein Center to speak at 2015 American College of Phlebology Congress

Black, Utah interventional radiologist and co-founder of Utah's Intermountain Vein Center, a trusted varicose vein treatment center, will speak at the 2015 Annual Congress for the American College of Phlebology.
