HomeGuard Incorporated Selects AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud

HomeGuard Incorporated, with a focus on the real estate transaction process, performs over 40,000 termite, property and roof inspections each year. Having used AltiGen's premise-based IP PBX and Contact Center solutions for years at multiple office locations, when HomeGuard decided to move to a Cloud-based solution, AltiGen's MaxCS Private Cloud was the clear choice. A key consideration for HomeGuard was a solution which could integrate all of their employees on a single communications platform and which would also deliver both traditional business PBX functionality and full featured contact center capabilities. In an industry in which customer service is highly important, HomeGuard required a solution which was as reliable as it was robust.
