Grand Opening of New Jefferson Lines Bus Station in Billings, MT


BILLINGS, MT--(Marketwired - December 11, 2015) - Jefferson Lines announced the official opening of its new Billings bus facility which serves as an important passenger gateway hub for the company's routes in Montana and east through Wyoming, North and South Dakota and beyond. The Jefferson Billings Bus Station is located at 4th Ave North and 18th Street, just east of 27th street in downtown Billings. The remodeled building offers a large customer parking area, customer amenities including free Wi-Fi, child's area, arcade games, and food concessions. The new facility includes 3 maintenance bays and additional parking.

Jefferson Lines Chairman Charlie Zelle was present along with other executives from Jefferson to host the public as well as city officials. Mr. Zelle remarked about the importance of Billings and the state of Montana: "This investment in downtown Billings shows our commitment to the state of Montana and our belief in its increasing economic growth and prosperity. Mr. Zelle is a third generation owner of the company and currently serves as the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
