WINTER SPRINGS, Fla., Dec. 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IRADIMED CORPORATION (the “Company”) (NASDAQ:IRMD), today announced that Roger Susi, the President and Chief Executive of the Company (the “Selling Shareholder”) has completed the sale of 1,200,000 shares (including the exercise by Roth Capital Partners LLC (the “Underwriter”) of the full overallotment option) of common stock of the Company at an offering price of $24.25 per share for aggregate proceeds before expenses to the Selling Shareholder of approximately $29,100,000.
