Key improvements that the Eidi Properties' team will complete during the rejuvenation include:
- Adding new high façade elevations to achieve better signage and street visibility for tenants.
- Replacing the roof, which will measurably improve the plaza's energy efficiency.
- Resurfacing the parking lot asphalt to enhance both esthetics and customer service.
Eidi Properties will also work closely with officials from both the City of Maumee and the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) in planning additional and improved plaza ingress and egress.
