Wistner, who has been with Mercato Partners since 2010, most recently as a Director and investment committee member, assumes the new role immediately. She currently serves on the board of a number of Mercato portfolio companies, including Altitude Digital, Alliance Health, Central Logic, Untangle, and Venafi.

Alison serves as a board advisor to the Women Tech Council and a board member of the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association. Alison is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a B.S. in Business Finance.
