| Bouygues holds 28.3% of Alstom's capital following the public share buy-back offer |
Today, Alstom announced the result of its public share buy-back offer.
As part of the operation, 28.46 million Alstom shares held by Bouygues were repurchased by Alstom at a price of €35 per share, for a total amount of €996 million.
After the operation, the Bouygues group therefore holds 62.1 million shares representing 28.3% of Alstom's capital (compared with 29.2% at 31 December 2015).
