Primary Intelligence launches consulting division to implement Win Loss and Customer Experience findings

Transformation Services division to be headed by consultant, author, and thought leader Larry Myler

DRAPER, Utah, Feb. 17, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Primary Intelligence announced the launch of Transformation Services today, a new division aimed at guiding clients through the changes needed to improve win rates and increase top line revenue. The new division will be led by Larry Myler, who was named Vice President of Transformation Services.

CEO Ken Allred described Transformation Services as the "last mile" in Primary Intelligence's service offerings.

"Our solutions currently are a valuable diagnostic tool," Allred said when describing Primary Intelligence's buyer interviews, sales team discovery interviews, and consulting services. "We diagnose what was wrong and right in sales deals or customer accounts, and guide our customers to work on the things we have identified. The next step is to take appropriate action on the diagnostics in order to improve. This new division will now help our clients take it that last mile to provide the therapy on the diagnosis."

Under Myler's direction, Transformation consulting will allow clients to recover revenue from lost deals and current customers by implementing the findings from their Win Loss Analysis and Customer Experience Analysis programs.

"This new position provides the perfect opportunity for me to focus 30 years of consulting and entrepreneurial experience on some of the most progressive and interesting companies in the world: our Primary Intelligence clients," Myler said. "Each client company will have unique needs and requirements. I look forward to assembling, training, and supporting the teams that will help align our clients' strategies, operations, and offerings more closely with their respective markets."

Prior to Primary Intelligence, Myler was Founder and CEO of By Monday, Inc., an employee engagement company focused on strategic alignment, change management, and innovation. Myler was also President of VitalSmarts, the company behind Crucial Conversations, and founder of six other companies. In 2010 Myler published Indispensable By Monday. He is currently a contributor to Forbes.com and adjunct professor at Brigham Young University's Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology. Myler has a BS from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.

Heather McDougald also joined the team as Director of Transformation Services, reporting to Myler.

McDougald was General Counsel of By Monday, Inc. prior to Primary Intelligence and has experience in the consulting arena working with organizations to align their strategies with market demand. McDougald has a BA from University of South Alabama and a JD from Tulane Law School.

Allred described Myler and McDougald as valuable additions to the Primary Intelligence team.

"Larry and Heather have both the skills and experience to make lasting change for our clients," Allred said. "I look forward to working with them as we continue to evolve our solutions and innovate to ultimately help our customers be more successful."
