Autoliv, Inc. Publishes 2015 Annual Report


(Stockholm, February 19, 2016) – – – Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) has
filed its Form 10-K, which includes the Company's 2015 Annual Report, with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Form 10-K, including the Annual
Report, is available at the SEC Edgar website: www.sec.gov.
The Annual Report is available in a reader-friendly, downloadable pdf-version
(including graphs and other illustrations) at Autoliv's corporate website
www.autoliv.com.

A comprehensive, tablet version of the Annual Report will also be offered on
both App Store and Google play early March.

Proxy Materials

Hard copies of the Annual Report and the proxy will be available from late
March, as will other documents for the 2016 Annual General Meeting of
Stockholders, and can be requested on-line at the Company's website.

Stockholders of Autoliv, Inc. on the record date, March 14, 2016, will be
entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting, which will be
held on May 10, 2016 in Chicago, IL, USA.

The Company intends to mail the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy
Materials late March 2016. This notice will include instructions on how to
access the proxy materials electronically or how to request hard copies of the
proxy materials.
