Bouygues filed its 2015 Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 16 March 2016.
The Registration Document includes the full-year financial review, the Report by the Chairman of the Board of Directors on corporate governance, internal control and risk management, the auditors' reports and information on fees paid to auditors and a description of the share buyback programme.
