Mr. Gray, a lifelong Florida resident who is domiciled in Boca Raton, has twenty five plus years of experience providing an array of hospitality operational, valuation, and real estate advisory services including: expert testimony, site evaluation, highest and best use analysis, market and feasibility studies, and appraisals.

Additionally, Mr. Gray was a senior member of the firm’s Hospitality & Gaming Group. Mr. Gray has operational, development, consulting, and transaction advisory experience with: Laventhol & Horwath, American Realty Consultants, Landauer Associates, and Atlantic Hospitality Advisors.
Mr. Gray earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at Florida International University and is an MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute).
