PHILADELPHIA, Pa., March 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - The third annual Wharton People Analytics Conference, co-organized by Wharton School students and Wharton Professors Adam Grant and Cade Massey, will bring together 400 business leaders and academics interested in a new, data-driven approach to managing people at work. Over twenty speakers who have implemented an analytics based approach to HR decisions in a large variety of industries will share their experience from both academic and practical perspectives. The conference will take place April 7 - 8, 2016 at the Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia.
