Kornit Digital Announces Organizational Changes


ROSH-HA`AYIN, Israel, April 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kornit Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ:KRNT), a company that develops, designs and markets innovative digital printing solutions for the global printed textile industry, today announced that Gilad Yron has been named Executive Vice President of Global Business, effective May 1st, 2016. Mr. Yron will succeed Sarel Ashkenazy, currently Executive Vice President of Sales, who will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Ashkenazy will remain with Kornit for a period of time to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities.

Mr. Yron joins Kornit after several years with Stratasys, where he held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Mr. Yron served as Senior Vice President of Products, and previously held positions of Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances, and Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Japan. Previous to Stratasys, Mr. Yron served in several positions at Nur Macroprinters and HP as well as Applied Materials.
