Forsys Announces Annual and General Meeting Voting Results

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 4, 2016) - Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX:FSY)(FRANKFURT:F2T)(NAMIBIAN:FSY) ("Forsys" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that in connection with the annual and general meeting of the Company's shareholders held in Toronto on May 3, 2016 (the 'Meeting') and in accordance with section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the following voting results were obtained.

A total of 1,962,235 common shares representing 1.45% of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the Meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of the election of the director nominees as follows:
