OrganoClick's annual general meeting postponed to 28th of June due to a a technical error in the summon

Due to a technical error in the summon to OrganoClick's Annual General Meeting
(AGM), the board of directors decided to postpone the AGM to the 28th of June.
The summon was sent out to late due to the different regulations between a
privately held company and a public company. A new summon will be sent out
latest four weeks before the AGM.

At the planned AGM today, OrganoClick's CEO instead held a presentation of
OrganoClick's activities during 2015 for the participating shareholder. The
presentation is attached below.
