MEDIA ADVISORY -- Canadian Gaming Industry Gathers in Ottawa and Gatineau for 20th Annual Canadian Gaming Summit


OTTAWA, June 13, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Canadian Gaming Association (CGA) is pleased to welcome 1,000 gaming industry professionals from across Canada and around the world who are gathering today at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, and the Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau, Quebec, for the 20th Annual Canadian Gaming Summit.

The 2016 Summit, taking place between June 13 and 15, 2016, showcases over 50 seminars, roundtables and discussions covering all facets of the gaming industry. The educational tracks at the Summit include sports betting, marketing and communications, iGaming, security and surveillance, lottery, horse racing, food and beverage, responsible gaming, gaming operations and technology, human resources, regulatory compliance, and business and finance. The Summit also features a distinct charitable gaming conference and a unique food and beverage program.

The 35,000 square foot exhibit floor features the latest in gaming equipment, products and services. Recipients of the 2016 Canadian Gaming Industry awards will join CGA President Bill Rutsey at 6:00pm on June 13 at the Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau for the awards presentation and Chairman's reception.
