OrganoClick's nomination committee makes proposal to the AGM of Board of Directors with Jan Johansson as new Chairman of the Board


OrganoClick AB:s (publ) nomination committee proposes to the Annual General
Meeting re-election of the directors Ashkan Pouya, Claes-Göran Beckeman and
Armando Córdova and new election of Jan Johansson and Håkan Gustavsson. The
nomination commmittee also proposes new election of Jan Johansson as Chairman of
the Board. Bertil Hagman and Göran E. Larsson has declined re-election to the
Board.
Jan Johansson has a long industrial experience from leading positions
within multinational companies and Swedish industry. Jan has a Master of Law
from Stockholm University and has thereafter held several positions within
Shell, Vattenfall and Telia before he served as CEO and President for Boliden
2001-2007. Thereafter he joined SCA as CEO and President which he held during
the period 2007-2015. Currently, Jan Johansson is a Director of the Board of the
Finnish specialty paper and nonwoven producer Alhström and SCA's listed Chinese
subsidiary Vinda International Holdings.

Håkan Gustavsson is CFO at Beijerinvest. He has an MBA from Stockholm School of
Economics and has thereafter held positions  such as CFO for MEC, ENEA and
Niscaya before he joined Beijerinvest as CFO in 2013. He currently is a Director
of the Board aofE. Öhman J:or Fonder AB, Serendipity Ixora AB and several
subsidiaries in the Beijer-group.

As the nomination committee now has made a proposal to the AGM of Board of
Directors, the nomination committee amend the previous proposal of fee to the
Chairman of the Board to a fee of SEK 400.000.
